CRO Audit: Improving the Online Experience for Every Visitor

A Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) audit is about understanding how people interact with a website and identifying ways to make their experience smoother and more effective. Instead of focusing only on increasing website traffic, a CRO audit helps ensure that visitors can easily find information and complete meaningful actions, such as registering for programs, making donations, signing up for newsletters, or contacting the organization.

A comprehensive CRO audit examines key areas such as website navigation, page speed, mobile responsiveness, calls to action, user journeys, and form usability. By identifying friction points and improving the overall user experience, organizations can better engage visitors and encourage greater participation.

For organizations like Ten Toes In, an optimized website can make it easier for families, volunteers, and supporters to learn about the mission, discover available programs, and get involved in community initiatives. Small improvements in usability can lead to stronger engagement, increased trust, and a more positive digital experience for everyone visiting the site.
